At NAMMA Training, the Lift for a Cause event ignited a sense of purpose among the community. Gratitude filled the air looking at the community's unwavering support. United in the mission, our athletes lifted weights with a greater purpose in mind—to support children with Retinoblastoma through collaboration with the Iksha Foundation. With each rep, we symbolized our commitment to giving back. Through collective action, the NAMMA Training community proves the power of unity. As the event concluded, athletes celebrated not only personal achievements but also the impact made. Lift for a Cause embodies the belief that together, we can lift spirits, lift hopes, and lift lives.

Meet Arjun, a longstanding member of NAMMA Training in Bangalore, whose fitness journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Arjun joined NAMMA Training years ago, driven by a passion for fitness and a desire to make positive changes in his life. From day one, he embraced the NAMMA ethos, dedicating himself to the rigorous strength and conditioning programs that have become the hallmark of our gym. In his own words, Arjun shares, his journey with NAMMA Training has "helped me grow and understand myself. Physically, emotionally and mentally. It's a great team of people that help you develop holistically". Over the years, we've witnessed Arjun not only achieve his fitness milestones but also contribute to the vibrant tapestry of our NAMMA community.
